Who doesn't love a good slider? A little bun, hamburger (the most popular) and with a topping like pimento cheese makes it even better.
These hefty little bites are perfect for any tailgate or party. Oh and did I mention they are extremely easy to make?
Here's what you'll need:
- 12 slider buns (these can be found at most grocers)
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (I prefer chuck 80/20 for burgers)
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Pimento Cheese (recipe here)
Heat grill to medium.
Divide the ground chuck into four segments. Then divide each segment into three. Once you've finished there should be twelve total balls and then flatten each one individually.
Dash each patty with two drops of Worcestershire, garlic powder along with salt and pepper.
Let them set for a few minutes while you butter and lightly toast the slider buns.
Cook burgers to medium and place on bun.
Layer one tablespoon or so of pimento cheese onto each patty.
Top with the other bun and enjoy!
